Terms and Conditions for Partners Seeking Job Opportunities


These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ("iFixHouse," "we," or "us") and the partners ("Partners," "you," or "your") who seek job opportunities through the iFixHouse platform. By using the iFixHouse platform, you agree to abide by these Terms and enter into a binding agreement with If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not permitted to use the iFixHouse platform.

  1. Job Completion: a. Partners agree to work diligently and complete any assigned jobs within the agreed-upon timeframe. b. Failure to complete a job without reasonable cause may result in penalties, including but not limited to suspension or termination of your partnership with

  2. Licensing and Insurance: a. Partners must possess valid licenses and appropriate insurance coverage required to perform their respective services. b. Partners shall provide with proof of their licenses and insurance upon request.

  3. Referral Fee: a. Partners agree to pay a referral fee of 15% of the total labor cost for each project referred through the iFixHouse platform. b. The referral fee shall be calculated based on the labor cost only and does not include the cost of materials. c. The referral fee shall be deducted from the payment received by before disbursement to the Partner. d. Additionally, Partners agree to pay a 15% referral fee for any customer deposits or consultation fees received, whether it is a partial or full payment. e. The referral fee for deposits or consultation fees shall be deducted from the payment received by before disbursement to the Partner.

  4. Estimate Process: a. Partners are responsible for visiting the customer's location to assess and provide an estimate for the requested job. b. Partners must submit the estimate, including the breakdown of labor and materials costs, to for review and approval before sharing it with the customer. c. If a customer decides to purchase additional materials or requests additional labor, Partners must promptly notify to adjust the total cost of the project to charge the customer accordingly. d. will review the request for additional charges and, if approved, communicate the adjusted cost to the customer.

  5. Payment Handling: a. Customers are required to make all payments through the website for any services rendered by the Partner. b. Partners are prohibited from accepting payments directly from customers. c. will handle all payment transactions and process payments made by customers. d. will remit payment to Partners for the labor services rendered, deducting the referral fee and any other applicable fees.

  6. Customer Communication: a. Partners are allowed to communicate with customers solely regarding the particular job they are working on. b. Partners shall not engage in any discussions or solicitations that are unrelated to the specific job.

  7. Agreement Termination: a. reserves the right to terminate the partnership with a Partner if they violate any of the terms and conditions outlined herein. b. Partners who do not agree with these Terms or fail to comply with them may be banned from accessing and future job opportunities.


These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. It is the responsibility of Partners to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the iFixHouse platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
